Our Identity
The only constant is change and we embrace it. In 2010, we re-branded ourselves to reflect our growing business and standing in the marketplace. And what better way to represent our personal approach than through the use of a signature and accompanying seal. Together they are our promise of quality and thoroughness, and represent our bespoke approach to the needs of our clients and candidates.
The signature itself is an energetic, hand-drawn flourish and a creative way of showing how Ampersand stands out in our field.
We've kept the Ampersand symbol as a secondary element for use inside the seal and as part of a decorative pattern. Along with our colour palette of rubine red, a contemporary platinum metallic and black, these form an identity that matches Ampersand's continued enthusiasm and refreshing approach to innovation.
